Cancellation and refund policy
How cancellation requests, professional fees and statutory payments are treated.
Before work begins
If you request cancellation before substantive preparation has started and before any statutory payment has been made, ZeroComp may approve a refund after deducting non-recoverable payment-processing charges.
After work begins
Professional fees may be adjusted to reflect work already completed. Once a form, draft, search or application package has been prepared, the related portion of the professional fee may no longer be refundable.
Government payments
Statutory fees, stamp duty and portal payments already remitted to an authority are generally non-refundable by ZeroComp. Any refund available from the relevant authority is governed by that authority's process.
Requesting a review
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
