Guidelines regarding cancellations, service modifications, and refunds.

Transparency and Trust
We strive to provide premium, hassle-free compliance services. Since our solutions involve time-sensitive government applications, filings, stamp duties, and direct legal allocations, we have formulated a clear, fair Refund Policy to govern transactions on our platform.
1. Government Fees & Stamp Duties
Any amount collected on your behalf explicitly for Government Fees, Stamp Duties, Trademark Registry challans, or PAN/TAN fees is directly paid to state and federal agencies. Once these fees have been paid or the challan generated, this portion of the payment becomes **completely non-refundable**.
2. Cancellation Prior to Document Submission
If you decide to cancel your service request before we draft or submit any official papers to government portals or state bodies:
- Within 48 hours of payment: You are eligible for a **100% refund of the ZeroComp professional fee** portion, minus a nominal transaction processing charge of 2%.
- After 48 hours but prior to draft completion: You are eligible for a **50% refund** of the professional facilitation fee, as expert consult hours and setup processes will have commenced.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Key Exclusions
Refunds will not be approved under the following conditions:
- Government department rejects registration due to trademark overlaps, prefix issues, or legal claims raised by third parties.
- Client fails to provide correct, valid KYC documents, address proofs, or signatures after repeated requests.
- Client changes mind about launching their business after drafts have been finalized and uploaded.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved by our verification desk, refunds are directly credited back to your original source of payment (bank account, UPI, credit card, etc.). The refund cycle typically takes **5 to 7 business days** to reflect in your account statement, depending on banking channel speeds.
5. Service Adjustments
Instead of a refund, ZeroComp offers full flexibility to adjust your professional fees toward any other service on our platform (e.g., swapping a private limited setup for an LLP application, or redirecting trademark credits to GST registration) if you inform us before final draft submission.
6. Contact Support
To request a service cancellation, change, or process a refund claim, please email us directly with your invoice or transaction ID at support@zerocomp.in. Our support managers will resolve it within 24 hours.
