Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ZeroComp ("we", "us", or "our") website, portals, and professional services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or obtain services from us.
1. Scope of Services
ZeroComp operates as a private technology facilitation platform linking startups, businesses, and individuals with professional and compliance experts (including CAs, CSs, and legal specialists). We prepare documentation, process applications, and consult on:
- Business Registration: Incorporation of OPC, LLP, Private Limited, Section 8, Trust, Partnership, and Sole Proprietorship concerns.
- Tax and Filings: GST Registration, GST Return Filings, ITR, TDS submissions, and ROC Compliance.
- Intellectual Property: Trademark application filings, copyright setups, patent searches, and professional representation.
2. Accuracy of Client Information
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring the absolute truthfulness, completeness, and legitimacy of all documents, identity cards, PANs, addresses, and authorization headers provided to ZeroComp. We are not responsible for delays, penalties, or rejections caused by faulty or fraudulent information.
3. Fees and Professional Costs
ZeroComp charges facilitation fees, service charges, and collects government fees on your behalf. Prices are subject to dynamic checks based on regulatory rates, company size, and state stamp duties. The payment of government stamp charges, registration challans, and professional payouts must be settled in full before submission of legal drafts.
4. Limitation of Liability
While ZeroComp strives for a flawless track record in submissions, government approval timelines are subject to ministry processing speeds (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GSTN, Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, etc.).
ZeroComp, its officers, employees, or contracted professionals shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, business disruptions, or government-imposed late fees resulting from delays or registration rejections beyond our reasonable control.
5. Termination and Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend access to our AI tools, customer dashboard, or cease filing procedures immediately if we detect any suspicious activity, non-compliance with statutory laws, failure to provide essential documents, or violation of professional norms.
6. Contact and Grievances
For questions regarding this agreement, legal clarifications, or services, please contact our compliance desk at support@zerocomp.in or speak directly with our team.
