Terms of service
The terms governing direct compliance engagements, statutory payments and published turnaround targets.
Direct service fulfilment
Non-reserved compliance services ordered through ZeroComp are fulfilled through ZeroComp's operating workflow according to the scope, deliverables and target turnaround displayed for that service.
Professional and government fees
Professional execution fees and expected statutory payments are shown separately. Government amounts may depend on entity particulars, capital, class, location or changes made by the relevant authority. Official receipts or vouchers are made available when issued.
Reserved professional work
Statutory audits and other work reserved by law for members holding a valid certificate of practice are not sold or performed by ZeroComp. Requirements of this kind may be referred to an independent practicing CA or CS.
Turnaround targets
Published turnaround targets cover preparation and submission work within ZeroComp's control. Processing, examination, downtime or approval timelines at MCA, CBIC, Income Tax, IP India and other government systems remain outside that target.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate, complete and consistent particulars, review drafts where requested and respond to document or clarification requests promptly. Delays caused by missing information may affect the expected completion date.
